Banson Room
The Banson Room is a private function room with formal seating for 100 people. It is ideal for large celebrations and events. The Banson Room is equipped with a bar, dance floor, audio visual technology and private foyer. The room is perfect for product launches,large parties, dinner dances, business breakfasts or other similar events.
This room has proudly many weddings, birthday parties, company celebrations and on several ocasions the Victoria Wine Show Awards dinner.
The foyer offers an open fireplace and comfortable lounge seating. You can arrange for pre-dinner drinks and canapes to be served in this area.
Bistro
The Bistro is ideal for that small gathering when you don't need the seclusion of a private room. The views through the floor to ceiling windows are breathtaking. The scenic Trawool Valley and Strathbogie Ranges provide the guest with an experience not soon forgotten. It has a relaxed environment and an open fireplace.
You have a choice of either a set menu or A-la-carte menu,depending on the size of the group.
Our award winning Bistro continues to be a popular venue for a casual drink or meal. The menu is a superb mixture of home-style meals and Bistro cuisine, featuring produce from our local and regional growers. You may also wish to savour some superb local wines from our extensive wine list.
The Bistro is open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner however, we recommend you book as it is a popular restaurant for locals and visitors alike.
During winter the magnificent open fireplace is the place to be especially for that pre-dinner drink.
Garden Lounge
Appreciate the views of the changing seasons in this magnificent room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river flats of the Goulburn River, the Trawool Valley and Strathbogie Ranges.
Ideal for a buffet or selected menu, the Garden Lounge is semi-private and adjoins the Bistro.
Many private functions have been held in this room including birthday parties, family gatherings, wedding ceremonies and receptions, engagements and business breakfasts.
If you are planning a private celebration or a business function the Garden Lounge could be ideal. Allow us to cater to your needs, whilst your guests enjoy the wonderful views and excellent cuisine!
Ericas
Enjoy the privacy of an intimate function room for that very special celebration. Ericas is a fine dining restaurant and seats up to 26 people.
The room features floor to ceiling windows and a magnificent lead light dome ceiling. Specials menus are served to this room and can be arranged for functions for 10 or more persons
Ericas is also perfect for a small company dinner meeting, private cocktail party or intimate gathering.
Fern Room
If you want a private, medium-sized room for your next gathering, look no further than the Fern Room. So named because of the attractive ferns visible through the large windows, the Fern Room comes fully equipped with a pool table, private bar and large open space suitable for groups.
This room is the perfect spot if you require a room after your function (In-house guests only).
Commitee Room
The Committee Room is situated off the Bistro, not far from the bar. It is ideal for groups of 10-20. A private room where you can enjoy an intimate dining experience or get-together.
