A large, private function room with formal seating for 120 people. The Banson Room is suitable for all large gatherings. The room has a small stage area for a band or DJ and a dance floor.
This room has proudly hosted many weddings, birthdays, company celebrations and the Victorian Wine Show dinner.
The foyer offers an open fireplace and comfortable lounge seating. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapés on request.
Enjoy the privacy of an intimate function room for that special celebration. Ericas is a fine dinning restaurant, with a seating capacity of 25 people. The room features floor to ceiling windows and a leadlight dome ceiling.
A served meal at $60.00 per person can be arranged for your function with a minimum group size of 10 people.

Ideal for a buffet or served meal, the Garden Lounge is semi private and adjoins the public bistro.
Our comfortable bistro is ideal for that small gathering when you don’t need the seclusion of a private room. A great family environment, with an open fireplace and great views of the valley. An a-la-carte menu is available for small groups.
Close to the bistro and bar, this room is ideal for a small family gathering. With complete privacy in mind, close the door and enjoy an intimate dining experience.
Choose from a wide variety of beverages at bar prices paid for by each patron or elect to run up a tab and pay once at the end of the function. If your desire you can limit the beverages available to a list selected by the host and allow the guests to purchase any other drinks they may desire.
Our Executive chefs make beautiful cakes for all occasions such as birthdays, reunions, graduations, anniversary’s etc, so be sure to order yours when booking your function.
We can cater for any amount of people and a variety of cakes are available, from white & chocolate mud cakes to sponges etc. We will decorate this and pipe wording to your requirements, as well as supply candles etc.
Prices will be advised based on size and type of cake required.
Please note that if you wish to bring a cake with you, this will incur a surcharge fee per person for use of plates, cutlery etc.
For you function we will work with you to select the range and type of dishes that our chef and staff will prepare and serve at the event. If you wish to have an additional course(s) we will be happy to discuss this with you. We can cater for special dietary requirements as part of the menu selected.
Cost : $38 per head with Entree and Main Course served on a 50/50 basis

Reef & Beef - Yearling Porterhouse cooked to medium, served with a rocket salad & wedges and topped with prawns poached in a garlic cream sauce.
Tempura Barramundi - Served on wok fried vegetables glazed with a Hoisin plum citrus sauce.
Cost : $38 per head with Main Course served on a 50/50 basis plus Dessert
