  Filled with sweet potato, Baby spinach and Pine nuts gratinated with Napoli sauce, Parmesan and Basil Pesto

Thai Beef Salad
  Tender marinated Beef strips, pan fried, tossed in a crisp noodle salad With Cherry Tomatoes and Cucumber.

Chicken Salad
  Pan fried chicken strips served on salad with semi-dried tomato, Feta, Spanish onion, roast capsicum and cherry tomatoes drizzled with a Raspbery vinegarette and garlic croutons

Guinness Pie
  Chunky braised rump, leeks and carrots simmered in a Malty beer and served with Mash and Vegies.

Oven Roasted Duck
  slow roasted 1/2 duck accompanied with Blanched Brocollini, Pommes Williams and a Duck stock port reduced glaze.

Pan Fried Chicken Breast
  Macadamia & semi dried tomato crust served with fried cocktail chat potatoes, french beans wrapped in Bacon and topped with Eshallot white wine cream sauce.

Chicken Schnitzels
  Parmagiana, Outback (bacon,onions,mushrooms and worcestershire sauce) or with a choice of Mushroom, Pepper, Garlic or Dianne sauces. Served with either chips and salad or roast vegetables.

Grilled Wild Barramundi
  Served on Roast sweet potato, Bok Choy and a Lime cream white sauce.

Scored Calamari
  Lightly fried and coated with a lemon Pepper seasoning served with salad and garlic aioli

  Tasmanian black Angus 400g Scotch Fillet, served with chips and salad or roast vegetables. A choice of Cream jus Mushroom, Brandy Pepper, Garlic white wine, Bourbon BBQ or Dianne sauces.
