Prawn Spring Rolls
  House made served on rocket, Tomato Citrus salad and light spiced Asian dipping sauce

  Lightly fried till tender with a seasonal dressing and salad and aioli

  Tomato and Spanish onion salsa tossed in extra virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Basil and aged Balsamic vinegar served on toasted Turkish bread.

  Macadamia & semi dried tomato crust served with fried cocktail chat potatoes, french beans wrapped in Bacon and topped with Eshallot white wine cream sauce.

  Parmagiana, Mexicana or plain with a choice of Mushroom, Pepper, Garlic or Dianne sauces. Served with either chips and salad or roast vegetables.

Grilled Wild Barramundi
  Served on Roast sweet potato, Bok Choy and a Lime cream white sauce.

Scored Calamari
  Lightly fried till tender with a seasonal dressing and salad and aioli

  Tasmanian black Angus Scotch Fillet, served with chips and salad or roast vegetables. A choice of Cream jus Mushroom, Brandy Pepper, Garlic white wine, Bourbon BBQ or Dianne sauces.
