Our Bistro offers our guests hearty home-style meals, with a touch of elegance. We are open for breakfast, lunch and
dinner 7 days.

Entrees
Marinated Beef or Chicken Skewers -
Tender beef strips marinated in delicious plum citrus sauce OR
chicken strips marinated in ginger, lime & rosemary. Both are served with soft rice pilaf
Calamari -
Seared calamari strips liightly fried with a lemon pepper seasoning served with salad & garlic
aioli.
Mains
Trawool Sizzler Steak -
400g Black Angus Scotch - served with pommes puree & vegetables OR chips & salad.
Side sauces available - Mushroom, pepper, garlic, bourbon BBQ, Dianne or garlic prawns($4.50 eaxtra).
Grilled Wild Barramundi -
Served on roast kifler potatoes topped with asparagus & a lemon white wine cream
sauce.
House made Canelloni -
Filled with sweet potatoe, baby spinach and pine nuts, grilled with tomato basil
and parmesan.
Chicken Schnitzels -
Parmagiana – topped with smoked ham, Napoli sauce and duo of cheeses
Tropical – Topped with Ham and Pineapple and duo of cheeses
Outback – topped with grilled bacon, onion, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and duo of cheeses.
Desserts
Nectarine & Pear Crumble -
topped with chopped cashews, coconut & palm sugar crust & served with vanila
bean ice-cream.
Chocolate Pudding -
Steamed chocolate pudding served with vanila bean ice-cream and a caramel fudge sauce.
Trio of Ice Treats -
Daily selection of Ice Creams and/or Sorbets (see Specials Board).

We also cater for special occasions and larger groups in the garden lounge attached to the Bistro area.
