Conference Rooms

Each Conference is allocated a room to best suit the needs of the group. A variety of seating formats are available along with associated audio visual equipment.

The comfort of Delegates is of uppermost importance at Trawool Valley Resort. Note pads, pens, iced water and individually wrapped mints are provided. You may wish to vary this, e.g. with individually wrapped sweets or fresh fruit. We are more than happy to cater for your special needs.

Banson Room

The Banson Room is a large conference room, capable of various seating formats. It can be set in a large U shape (seating up to 25 delegates), Board Room Style (40), Clusters (70) or Theatre Style (120). The leather conference chairs selected especially for this room are ergonomically designed, allowing your delegates to completely focus on the conference presenter, in comfort.

Other features of the room are:

  • Down lights, providing excellent visual assistance.
  • Large wall space, maximising presentation impact.
