    Conference Dining

    Our Executive Chef prepares a special menu each day for your conference, specifically tailored to your group. As with any first class facility, we cater for any special dietary requirements.

    Upon arrival, you will be greeted with freshly brewed coffee and a variety of teas.

    Morning and afternoon teas are prepared on-site and served with freshly brewed coffee and a variety of teas.

    Your working lunch is served in the Garden Lounge, overlooking the majestic Strathbogie Ranges and Trawool Valley.

    For dinner each evening, our Executive Chef prepares a three-course extravaganza. This is served in either our exclusive restaurant Ericas (subject to availability and numbers), or one of our other suitable dining areas.
